These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the fillbit online gaming platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment processing, customer support, and any other services made available through fillbit.net or its associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the fillbit Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. To register and maintain an active account on fillbit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as required under PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (individuals only — corporate entities may not hold player accounts).
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a fillbit employee in a role with access to game systems or player data.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on fillbit or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

fillbit enforces age and identity verification through a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and may lead to account suspension.

Each eligible player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) personal fillbit account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your government ID, a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, and a date of birth. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fillbit account credentials. You agree to notify fillbit support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. fillbit will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

fillbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, fillbit may freeze account funds pending investigation and regulatory reporting.

fillbit supports a range of Philippine-local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash-in, Coins.ph, and USDT cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are outlined on the Payments section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimums for other methods may vary.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• fillbit credits deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) or USDT equivalent, depending on your chosen payment method.
• fillbit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or network issues beyond our control.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification completion.
• fillbit processes withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days depending on the method selected and verification status.
• fillbit reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above threshold levels set by our compliance team.
• Withdrawals may not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements remain on your account balance.
• fillbit applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls to all transactions. Suspicious withdrawal patterns may trigger a compliance review and temporary hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

fillbit offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP program benefits (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be converted to withdrawable cash after meeting the stated wagering requirement (rollover).
• fillbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonuses that were obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or irregular wagering patterns — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements — may be voided at fillbit's discretion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

The fillbit welcome bonus is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fillbit Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one personal account on fillbit.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or any form of collusion with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fillbit staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your fillbit account to any other person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the fillbit Platform — including but not limited to the fillbit brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of fillbit or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fillbit Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any fillbit content without our prior written consent.

Game content on the fillbit Platform is provided under license from third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and live dealer studios. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game content. Unauthorized reproduction of game content is prohibited and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

fillbit is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

• Any losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or software error that affects the integrity of a game round or transaction, fillbit reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes to the players' accounts. fillbit's liability in any circumstance is limited to the return of the original stake placed on the affected transaction.

The fillbit Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and game availability, fillbit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

fillbit collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering on fillbit, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the fillbit Privacy Policy.

fillbit collects personal data including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, government ID details, financial transaction data, IP address, device identifiers, and gaming activity logs. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where applicable, marketing communications (which you may opt out of at any time).

fillbit does not sell your personal data to third parties. fillbit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. For non-material changes such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by regulatory directive, fillbit may update these Terms without advance notice. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. fillbit operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
